Windex and an old toothbrush. Window cleaner also works to remove a ring that’s stuck on your finger.

burn it with fire, then rub it really hard with a metal brush. After that, let a dog lick it, and voila!

i usually use water with a soft-medium toothbrush and lightly scrub it around the diamond and underneath it. Or you could use the toothbrush with some rubbing alcohol.

The easiest way is to go into a good-quality jeweler and ask them to clean the two rings. Most of the high-end jewelry stores will do that for free as a way to build good will and get future customers. And while you are there they will check whether any stones are loose and in danger of falling out. They will offer to fix them for free or for a low price.

If you aren’t planning on going out and purchasing anything, use a damp cloth and water. Do not use ordinary soaps or detergents as it will not be good for the gold.
Next time you are out, purchase gold jewelry cleaner or go to the grocery store and purchase Sudsy Amonia. Dilute it with water and you can clean your jewelry in that.

I find that regular dish detergent, warm water, and a soft toothbrush work wonders for my jewelry. I tried using Oxiclean, which works very very well, but it is not recommended for jewelry according to their website, so I don’t use it anymore.
Engagement rings need not always contain diamonds. Popular trends include using gemstones as sidestones as well as other precious stones.
