If you love it great. A really good friend of mine was dating this guy and on their first date he bought her some stones at a gift shop and I really can’t remember what the stones were right now but before they got engaged he saw that she still had the stones almost 3 years later. So he took the stones and had them set into a ring for her and gave it to her as her engagement ring.

She loved it so much she cried every time she talked about it but her stupid mother got in her ear about how stupid and cheap it was and she made him get her a diamond.

I just feel what ever is most important to you do it.

I have an aquamarine engagement ring so I love the idea!!
And its great that March is meaningful, too!
